The board has purchased a compressor so that we can all pump air into our tires, bicycles, scooters,
cars. It is installed by the generator and is free to use.
There is an operating manual posted on the fence for the generator, but be careful not to fill your tires
with too much air, and be aware that it goes very quickly when you press the supply lever.

It is with deep sorrow that we inform you of the passing of beloved neighbor, Ms. Ethel Spiro, due to health-related reasons.
She was a cherished member of our community, and her presence will be greatly missed.
The seal on the door will remain in place until a family member arrives. There is no problem or cause for concern.

The Annual General Meeting of the Owner’s Association Akdeniz-5 will be held on 23 April 2025. If there is no majority than meeting will be held on 30 April 2025.Proposals for the agenda can be sent to Panorama Homes (info@panoramahomesnet.com) no later than 15 March 2025. The final agenda will be published a few weeks before the annual meeting.The ordinary annual General Meeting can only be conducted as scheduled if the majority of owners are represented. From now on, Mr. Gürkan will take his day off on Mondays instead of Sundays. Therefore, he will be working on Sundays.

I hope this letter finds you well. As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance communication and community engagement, we are pleased to inform you of an upcoming visits to the poolside garden at Akdeniz.5 complex.
On Mondays during the first week of each month, between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM, a designated colleague will be available at the poolside garden to collect communal fee payments and listen to any wishes or concerns you may have regarding your community.
However, since this application will be for the first time this month, we will especially come on 28 May Tuesday for this month. Then, we will continue to come routinely on Mondays during the first week of each month.
The purpose of this visit is to provide a convenient opportunity for residents to submit their communal fee payments in cash, if they have not already paid yet, while also offering a platform for open communication and feedback. Your input is invaluable to us, and we encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to share your thoughts and ideas.
